Terms & Cancellation Policy

The details behind every Bravo Detailing booking.

Payment

Payment is made in full at the time of booking, securely by card. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. If Bravo Detailing ever needs to cancel a booking, you will always receive a full refund. To cancel or reschedule, just call or email us.

Recurring bookings

For a recurring booking you pay for the first visit when you book. We email you a secure card link to pay for each following visit about two weeks before it is due. The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to each visit.

Service area & travel

We are based in Sydney's Northern Suburbs with no travel fee in that area. We also travel to most of the rest of Sydney for a small $10 travel fee. We do not currently service the greater western suburbs.

Access on the day

Please make sure there is a power point and a tap with running water available where the car will be detailed — we need both to do the job properly.

Extra charges

Heavily soiled or excessively dirty interiors may attract a small additional charge. We will always quote and confirm any extra cost with you before starting work.
