Yes — we're fully mobile and detail your car at your home or workplace.

We're based in Willoughby and cover up to a 25 km radius across Sydney. Anywhere within 15 km of Willoughby has no travel fee. Past that it's a small $1-per-kilometre travel surcharge — it's shown to you automatically when you enter your postcode while booking. We can't currently service addresses beyond 25 km; give us a call if you're not sure.

Yes — please make sure there's a power point and a tap with running water available where the car will be detailed. We need both to do the job properly.

Please remove any large items or clutter beforehand — for example a boot full of gear — so we can work efficiently. A few small bags are no problem. Heavily stained or excessively dirty interiors may attract a small extra charge, which we'll always quote before starting.

An Exterior Wash or Interior Refresh takes about an hour each. A Standard Detail is around 1.5–2 hours, a Premium Detail 2.5–3 hours, and a Full Detail around 4 hours.

The prices shown are for hatchbacks and sedans. SUVs, 4WDs, wagons and vans are $30 extra per service.

Payment is made in full when you book, securely by card. For recurring bookings you pay for the first visit when you book, and we email you a card link to pay for each following visit about two weeks before it's due.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, just call or email us — see our Terms & Cancellation Policy for the full details.

Bookings are available Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm.
